Article Response

   The article was very helpful and creative on the process of how to choose a font. I liked how they started off the article with making you think of a goal to get your brain working and pulls you into wanting to learn more about this process. One thing that stuck out to me is how they were breaking up each section rather than having one big post. With that being said I liked how they then after each section gave quick tips on how to choose that specific one. What pulled this article together for me and made it even more helpful was adding the pictures to each type they were talking about. For me it is very helpful to have pictures as I am a very visual learner. I used to think that choosing a font for things weren’t that important but now gaining more information after reading this I see now how important it is for someone to choose the right front and type to really pull your work together.

 While reading this pdf it gave me a lot of information even though it was simple and straight to the point. It does a good job getting its point across and by adding images to connect what they are saying to you. I thought the page about Faux Choice was interesting to me because this relates to our Assignment 2. I have never heard of this term before and now it makes sense while doing this in one of our projects. I like to do something that involves teaching me as well because I am a very visual learner. With this article it is connecting the dots for me because of learning what these mean/are in past assignments were very helpful. Hicks Law makes to most sense to me. It is saying that the more choices you have the more time it will take to process a decision. If there are lots and lots of choices then the brain will get overwhelmed and you will most likely stop whatever it is you are doing.
